Privacy Policy

To process your order, we require your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and credit card information. This information is used solely to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you regarding your order.

We share only that portion of this information which is absolutely necessary with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and the shipping carrier that delivers your order.

If there is a need to contact you regarding your order, we will first try to contact you by email.  If that fails, we will try to contact you by phone.  If we are still unable to reach you, we will try to contact you by regular mail. 

In addition to the information you provide, we automatically record your IP address (Internet Provider) when you place an order.  This is necessary in order to help us detect fraudulent activity. We may share this with the financial institution that issued the credit card with which an order was placed, or with law enforcement authorities, if we determine that the use of the credit card was fraudulent.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We will not contact you after your purchase unless you ask us to place you on our mailing list or you contact us for further purchases. We respect your privacy!

Further, all orders are shipped in priority mail boxes from the United States Post Office and the shipping label does not mention the word "panties."

The day your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation that your package  was shipped.  We normally send confirmations towards the end of the day.
 

Security
Ordering online with us is safe and secure as we use the most current encryption to gather your credit card or online check information.  The likelihood of your information being stolen while shopping with us is extremely low.  Shopping online with us is safer then handing your credit card to a waiter to pay for you evening meal. We do not store your information on our web servers, which means you will have to enter your information every time you shop with us.  This provides you extra security while shopping with us.

Fraud:
We take fraud very seriously here!  We have protocols in place to detect fraudulent activity.  We do record every shoppers IP address while they shop.  If fraudulent activity is detected we will report all available information to the issuing bank of the card, the service provider of the IP, and the necessary authorities.  We will prosecute anyone trying to defraud us.  We protect our customers by watching for fraudulent activity with their cards.

 Return Policy

Panties Club takes great pride in our reputation for service and quality.

Unfortunately, for health reasons, we only will accept returns if the product is damaged.  We inspect everything carefully before we ship.  If you receive a package that is damaged please let the shipping company know that the box was damaged and save the box.  If necessary we will have to make a claim with the shipping company.

Cancellations

Orders placed with Panties Club may be cancelled at any time.  However any order cancelled after 12 hours from the time it was placed will be charged for a minimum of 2 month membership.  If you have been receiving packages for awhile in the club and then decide to cancel you will be refunded the difference from your original membership fee to the closest membership fee rounded up.  So if you had a years membership and received 7 months worth of deliveries you would take the 12 month fee and subtract the 8 month fee to find out how much will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Once you place an order with us your first delivery should arrive in about 2 weeks.  Then each month the delivery should arrive at different dates each month.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place the order with Panties Club.  Your credit card statement will show charges to Enchanted Dreams so you do not have to worry about the word panties showing up anywhere.
